John, through John Surtees Ltd, helps organise, and supplement the  motorcycle entries for a whole host of historic events, often providing and riding rare machines from his own priceless collection.
Event organisers who have relied on his expertise in the past include Lord March for the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and those behind the Assen Centennial, the Vallelunga Historic Grand Prix, the Montlhéry Festival, and the New Zealand Historic GP.
